Does Your Insurance Cover the Bill?
Since the Anesthesia Billing Office Staff depends on the facilities for your demographic and insurance information, we may need to contact you to inform you of the balance due after insurance has paid or if your insurance carrier has not responded to our billing. If your insurance company requires any additional information from our office, please contact us and we will assist you in obtaining the information they are requesting.
We are not contracted with all insurance carriers and it is the responsibility of the patient to know their plan benefits and participating providers. Insurance plans, including Medicare, do not cover all services provided.
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover for payment. If you need to make any financial arrangements, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
